Selecting the appropriate size of washer:
Clothes need to be appropriately immersed in the detergent and water solution while being washed, so it is important you use the appropriate size of machine and avoid overloading.
As a general rule, our washing machines have the following capacities. Stick to the recommended guidelines to ensure the highest quality wash every time.

Bulkier items such as duvets and curtains require extra room to wash properly. Using a machine with insufficient capacity could lead to damage and its recommended that the larger capacity machines are used.
Avoiding common laundry mistakes
Inspect the pockets of every piece of clothing before filling the machine to prevent potential water damage to valuables inside pockets and to safeguards clothes.
Next, prepare the clothing for the laundry. Unfold cuffs, knot drawstrings, pull up all zippers, flip pockets inside out, and secure hooks. Flip dark clothing inwards to prevent fading, such as jeans. Finally, unbutton every button since buttoned clothes may be torn by the washing machine’s agitation.
Detergent and softener is added automatically. There is no need to add additional products and doing so could impact the wash quality.

HOW TO USE:
1. LOAD
- Load the machine & close the door.
- Detergent, softener & sanitiser will be added automatically.
- Read the garment label before washing.
2. SELECT
- Select the desired program.
- Choose from one of the six standard programs: Hot Wash, Warm Wash, Cold Wash, Delicates, Woollens, Rinse & Spin, and one of the three options from: Standard, Pre Wash or Heavy Solid.
3. PAY
- Pay contactless for any machine using the card reader on the wall mounted payment terminal or scan the QR code using your mobile/use coins at the machine.
4. START
- After making the payment, press the start button on the washing machine.
- The door will remain locked during the complete washing cycle.
Our Programmes
All programs take around 30 minutes, though choosing an option will increase this by up to 15 minutes.
Non bio-degradable detergent and hypoallergenic bio-degradable softener are automatically added.
Pre wash option: adds a further cold water cycle that soaks cloths removing stubborn stains before the main wash programme stars.
Heavily soiled option: Use for exceptionally dirty clothes and whites with the highest temperature allowed washing with more agitation and a faster spin.
